Our "Guaranteed Sweet to Eat" sweet onion testing program involves daily testing to ensure that you will always receive a truly sweet onion. Our advanced on-site laboratory, allows us the ability to have immediate test results which complements our "Guaranteed Sweet to Eat" promise that only the sweetest onions will be packed and shipped fresh to you.

Each lot of sweet onions is first tested, and must meet our stringent sweet onion standards. Our professional staff tests each lot of onions for pyruvic acid absorbency levels and sugar levels measured in Brix. The pyruvic acid absorbency level must be below a 5 for our onions to be marketed with our guarantee. Each order of sweet onions is accompanied by a "Certificate of Sweetness" with our own "Guaranteed Sweet to Eat" seal of approval.
